Our meat is vacuum-sealed and packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain optimum freshness during transit
What is your policy on returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products, however, we address issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
